Pre-Launch Checklist

Users with the Group Manager role and above can use checklist as a basic template for ensuring their team is prepared for a successful ConexED launch.

Cards

Has each group user customized their card and added a profile pic?

Is the information on each card consistent with other group users’ cards?

Will group users allow students/guests to self-schedule appointments from their card?

If not, has this option been selected in the card customization?

Will group users allow students/guests to send offline messages from their card?

If so, has this option been selected in the card customization?

Will group users display their “Knock on Door” hours on their card?

If so, does the “Extra field” in the card customization say “Office Hours”? Does the Field Value contain the hours?

Has each group user added a personal lobby message for students who knock on their door when they are still with another student?

Group Settings for the Lobby

Have you added a group lobby message for unlocked and locked lobbies?

Does each group user know how to lock and unlock the lobby? Learn how here.

Has each group user practiced adding a student to a lobby from the chat and meeting?

Have you determined if students will have direct access to the lobby?
• If so, is the Lobby URL in a place where students can access it?
• If so, have you established group lobby hours to post with the URL?

Will the group lobby be staffed with a group user designated as a greeter or will the next available group user be responsible for greeting the newly arrived student?

Forms and Email Templates

If your group will have scheduled appointments, have you created an Intake Form?

If group users will email post-appointment feedback/info to students, have you created a Staff Review Form?

For appointments, chats, and virtual meetings, have you created an end-of-meeting survey?

Have you customized all email templates with the name of your group and other relevant information for your group’s email notifications?
