How to Manage Drop-In Meetings Using the ConexED Card
For staff and faculty who hold drop-in office hours, the ConexED Card features a Knock on Door button. When a student knocks, a chat opens to create an instant connection with support. If the staff member is available, they can chat with the student, bring the student into the virtual meeting space, or send the student to another moderator for support. If the staff member is already in a meeting, the student will be prompted to enter the group lobby to wait.
