Importing Students into ConexED

We’ve added a self-service student import which can be used in addition to, or in place of our automated import option (SFTP or REST API).

Your IT team can access and complete by logging into your school’s ConexED Admin account https://admin.craniumcafe.com/users

Click on the Download button to receive the sample import file format. (Shown Below)

Here is the sample format: 

  • Required Fields: sis_id, first_name, last_name, and email address
  • Optional Field: phone number (can be provided in multiple formats, as shown above)
  • Time zone can be left blank and will default to your school’s time zone

To import Select File (can be csv, xls, xlsx format with a maximum file size of 10 MB)

  • Determine if you’d like to Skip, or Update existing records. 

    You will receive a message confirming if the import was successful/complete (shown below)

Or if there was an error for a specific record that needs to be reviewed and revised the below will be shown. Fix any errors and try again.
