From your ConexED homepage, open the ConexED Support Center by clicking the Help Center button on the left navigation panel.
From inside a ConexED Cafe or Classroom, open the ConexED Support Center by clicking the question mark button on the top toolbar. This will open the Support site.
If you encounter a technical issue that requires assistance from a ConexED technical specialist, submit a support ticket and be contacted by a support specialist.
