Locate helpful articles and videos on how to use the tools and features of ConexED in the ConexED Support Center. To report a technical issue, users may contact us by submitting a Support Ticket to the ConexED Support Team.

Accessing the ConexED Support Center

Direct URL

The direct URL for the ConexED Support Center is https://support.conexed.com.

Help Center Button

From your ConexED homepage, open the ConexED Support Center by clicking the Help Center button on the left navigation panel.

Help & Feedback Button

From inside a ConexED Cafe or Classroom, open the ConexED Support Center by clicking the Help & Feedback button on the top toolbar.

Submitting the Support Ticket for Technical Support

If you encounter a technical issue that requires assistance from a ConexED technical specialist, submit a support ticket and be contacted by a support specialist.

1. At the top of the ConexED Support Center page, click Submit a Ticket.

 

2. Complete the New Case form and click Create Case.

A ConexED Support Specialist will contact you during business hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM MT.
