This module is designed to teach you the most streamlined processes for scheduling and managing appointments and busy events on your group calendar. You will deepen your understanding of the student lookup tool, the scheduler filters, and the calendar functions. Additionally, you will build your skill set for managing appointments, assisting with student check-ins, and answering common questions. This module includes examples and tips to boost your expertise and confidence in student communications in order to complete intake forms effectively; reschedule, extend, and cancel appointments; and add busy events and workshops to the calendar. Student self-scheduling will also be reviewed along with best practices to increase your group’s operating efficiencies and student connections via scheduled meetings, whether these meetings are virtual, in-office, or hybrid.
