Whenever you reschedule or extend an appointment, you are essentially canceling the original and rescheduling it, and the group report will indicate that a rescheduled or extended appointment was cancelled before it was changed; however, ConexED streamlines the process, so manually canceling the appointment first is not necessary when you are rescheduling or extending it on the same calendar as the original.
