Self-Scheduling and Scheduler FAQ Email Notifications

When an appointment is scheduled, the staff member receives an email notification that includes the meeting information, including the meeting URL if it is a video meeting as shown in Figure 1.

When an appointment is scheduled, the student also receives a confirmation email with the meeting information and the URL if the meeting is virtual as shown in Figure 2.

If the meeting is in-office, the confirmation email will include details of the meeting location.
