Canceling an Appointment

To cancel a scheduled appointment, open the group calendar, and click on the appointment you would like to cancel. The Appointment Details window will open. Click on the red “Cancel Appointment” button to begin the cancellation process (Figure 1). If you are sure you want to cancel the selected appointment, input a reason for cancellation and click “OK” to finish canceling the originally selected appointment. Once canceled, the appointment will disappear from the calendar, but it will remain in the student’s appointment history as a canceled appointment and will appear on meeting reports as a canceled appointment.
